Its easy to get started.  Just follow the link to find out more about How to set up a training program in your local church.

Where can I get the Award & Certificate Request Forms?
Requests for Awards and Certificates can be downloaded from our website.  You can print them and make as many copies as you need.

What is an Elective?
Elective courses may be chosen from any ETA course that is not identified as a required course for any level (see the online catalog for details regarding the available courses). Additionally, a church-designed course can satisfy one elective credit when pre-approved by ETA. This course can be the unique history, mission, emphasis, or doctrine of your local church.

Can I transfer my credits to another church or school?
All awards are handled through our central office so your ETA credits will transfer to other organizations that utilize the ETA Certificate Program.  If you are seeking to further your studies at a higher education institution, you will need to contact them directly to check on their policy for transferring credit.

How much does it cost?
The ETA Certificate Program is the most cost effective way to provide a quality training program for your teachers and leaders.  The cost to the student for textbooks (four courses) and a certificate is about $60 for each certificate level.

Do I have to be a Member?
You do not have to a member with Evangelical Training Association to use our materials, but we do have a number of program and membership opportunities available to you whether you are a church, bible institute, college or seminary.

Are you Accredited?
ETA is not accreditted, nor are we an accrediting body.  We work closely with other accredited schools and accrediting agencies, but our focus is on equipping lay leaders and teachers for the local church.
